麦粒灸治疗肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的探讨

摘　　要：肿瘤是一种慢性消耗性疾病,过度消耗患者体内的营养物质,显著降低患者的生活质量。中医学认为,肿瘤患者的病机为本虚标实,属于中医学的"虚劳"范畴。放疗和化疗是治疗肿瘤的重要方法,也是对肿瘤患者术后的补充治疗。由于抗肿瘤疗效突出,临床上应用广泛。然而放化疗的副作用不容忽视,其中白细胞减少是非常常见的副作用之一,放化疗后的白细胞减少症使患者的抵抗力进一步降低,影响患者的正常生活。长期以来,临床上传统的艾灸法在治疗放化疗后白细胞减少症的效果显著,而艾灸中当选麦粒灸更为突出。中医学中,艾灸治疗是一种简便廉验的治疗方式,对疾病有非常显著的治疗效果。本文对艾灸和麦粒灸治疗肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的中医理论进行分析,为了明确麦粒灸在治疗肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的优势,我们研究了国内有关化疗后白细胞减少症的中医药治疗与一般升白西药疗效比较的单项研究并进行综合评价和定量分析,为患者的治疗提供了一条中医治疗特色的思路。Tumor is a chronic wasting disease,which excessively consumes nutrients in the body of patients and significantly reduces the quality of life of patients.TCM holds that the pathogenesis of tumor patients is based on asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,which belongs to the category of"deficiency fatigue"in TCM.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are important methods to treat tumor.They are complementary treatment for tumor patients after operation.Because of the outstanding anti-tumor effect,it is widely used in clinic.However,the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy should not be ignored.Among them,leukopenia is one of the most common side effects.After radiotherapy and chemotherapy,leukopenia further reduces the resistance of patients and affects their normal life.For a long time,the traditional moxibustion has a remarkable effect in the treatment of leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the moxibustion with wheat grains is more prominent.In Chinese medicine,moxibustion treatment is a simple and inexpensive way of treatment,it has a very significant therapeutic effect on diseases.This paper analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine theory of moxibustion and wheat grain moxibustion in the treatment of leukocytopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.In order to make clear the advantages of wheat moxibustion in the treatment of leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,we studied the single study on the comparison of the curative effect of TCM treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy with common Western medicine for comprehensive evaluation and quantitative analysis,with a prospect of providing a TCM characteristic treatment thought for the patients.
