基于WoS和Citespace的企业家社会资本知识图谱分析

摘　　要：企业家社会资本是社会资本研究领域中最具活力的研究领域之一。基于WoS(Web of Science)对2010—2020年1004篇有关企业家社会资本的论文进行科学计量分析,通过Citespace可视化软件对合作网络、共被引及关键词等几个方面进行分析。结果表明,2010—2020年该领域论文数量迅速增加,并且已成为越来越多跨学科研究的主题;在该主题的领域中,生产力最高的作者和机构位于美国、英国、中国和其他欧洲国家。同时发现,在这一研究领域,有关企业家和社会资本的关联、社会资本对公司战略及绩效的影响以及不同来源的社会资本对企业的影响得到了较为充分的研究。Entrepreneurs social capital is one of the most dynamic research fields in social capital research.Based on WoS(Web of Science),this article conducts a scientific quantitative analysis of 1004 papers on entrepreneurs social capital from 2010 to 2020,and analyzes several aspects such as cooperation network,co-citation and keywords through the Citespace visualization software.The results show that the number of papers in this field has increased rapidly during the period 2010—2020,and it has become a concern of increasing interdisciplinary research;in this field,the most productive authors and institutions are located in the United States,the United Kingdom,China and other European countries.The research also finds that in this field of research,the relationship between entrepreneurs and social capital,the impact of social capital on corporate strategy and performance,and the impact of different sources of social capital on companies have been fully studied.
