摘　　要：文章以“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划梯队期刊项目”《植物生态学报(英文版)》(Journal of Plant Ecology)为案例,分析了期刊的基本情况,并从提高刊物的视觉效果、提高论文的可见性、提高期刊的学术传播能力三方面阐述了该刊采取的一系列改革与创新举措,以期进一步提升期刊的质量和影响力,并为其他科技期刊提供有益的借鉴。Taking Journal of Plant Ecology,a journal funded by the project of Excellence Action Plan for China STM Journals,as an example,the article analyzes the journal's basic information and a series of reform and innovation measures the journal has taken,including improving the visual effect,the visibility of the published papers as well as the academic communication capacity of the journal,so as to further improve the quality and influence of the journal.It is hoped that the experience can provide reference for the development of other sci-tech journals.
