瓷嵌体修复根管治疗后牙体大面积缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究瓷嵌体在根管治疗后牙体大面积缺损中的临床应用。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院因根管治疗后牙体大面积缺损患者为研究对象,修复方式为树脂组和嵌体组。树脂组采取纳米树脂直接充填,嵌体组为铸瓷嵌体修复。比较两组牙龈指数、咀嚼效率、修复成功率、并发症以及患者满意度。结果:嵌体组患者修复后12个月和24个月牙龈指数分别是(0.57±0.26)分和(0.39±0.18)分,显著低于树脂组;修复后12个月和24个月咀嚼效率分别是(82.1±9.4)%和(90.5±9.3)%,显著高于树脂组。修复后24个月修复成功率92.16%和患者满意率96.1%,均明显高于树脂组;并发症发生率3.9%,明显低于树脂组(P<0.05)。结论:应用铸瓷嵌体修复根管治疗后牙体大面积缺损成功率高、舒适度佳,可在临床上广泛推广应用。Objective:To study the clinical application of porcelain inlay in root canal treatment of large area defect of posterior teeth.Methods:During the period from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital, patients with large area defects were examined.The restoration method were resin group and inlay group, that resin group with nano resin direct filling, inlay group with ceramic onlay repair.The gingival index, masticatory efficiency, repair success rate, complications and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:The gingival index at 12 and 24 months after restoration in the inlay group was(0.57±0.26)and(0.39±0.18)respectively, which was significantly lower than that in the resin group.The masticatory efficiency at 12 and 24 months after repair was(82.1±9.4)% and(90.5±9.3)% respectively, which was significantly higher than that in resin group.At 24 months after repair, the repair success rate of 92.16 %,the satisfaction rate of 96.1% in inlay group was significantly higher than that of resin group respectively, and the complications rate of 3.9% in inlay group was significantly lower than that of resin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high success rate and good comfort of large area defect repair by casting porcelain inlay can be widely applied in clinic.
