摘 要:目的:探讨3D打印技术对口腔种植牙精度及患者满意度的影响。方法:收集我院2018年1月~2021年1月接诊的130例种植牙患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为3D打印组(62例,160颗)及传统组(68例,200颗),术后随访3个月,对比两组手术用时,种植牙偏离距离、偏离角度,种植成功率及患者满意度。结果:3D打印组患者手术时间较传统组明显下降。种植牙偏移距离、偏离角度及患者满意度均优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术可有效降低口腔种植患者种植牙偏移,提高手术精度,并缩短手术时间,提高种植成功率及患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology in implant patients.Methods:Totally 130 cases of dental implant patients in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were collected and randomly divided into 3D printing group(62 cases,160 teeth)and traditional group(68 cases,200 teeth).The patients were followed up for 3 months,and the operation time,implant deviation distance,deviation angle,implant success rate and patients’satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time of the 3 D printing group was significantly lower than that of the traditional group,and the implant offset distance,deviation angle and patients’satisfaction of the 3D printing group were better than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing technology can effectively reduce the implant offset,improve the surgical accuracy,reduce the operation time and improve the success rate of implant and patients’satisfaction.
