摘 要:目的探讨一步制粒技术生产菊粉颗粒的最佳工艺条件。方法对一步制菊粉颗粒技术进行单因素考察。分别以进风温度、雾化压力、喷雾速度、进风量为考察对象,以颗粒得率、水分、含量为综合评价指标。以单因素考察结果拟定正交实验的条件,最后确定最佳的菊粉制粒工艺。结果菊粉制粒适合的黏合剂为水,菊粉制粒的最佳工艺条件:喷雾速度3.0 mL/min,进风温度40℃,进风量35 m^(3)/h,雾化压力1.2 bar。结论制得的颗粒得率较高,形态较好。工艺方法合理,适合工业化大批量生产。Objective To explore the best technological conditions of one-step granulation technology for inulin granules.Methods Single factor investigation was carried out on the one-step preparation of inulin granules.Taking inlet air temperature,atomization pressure,spray velocity and intake volume as the object of study,particle yield,moisture content and content were taken as comprehensive evaluation indexes.According to the results of single factor investigation,the conditions of orthogonal experiment were determined,and the best inulin granulation process was determined.Results The suitable binder for inulin granulation is water,and the best technological conditions for granulating inulin are:spray speed 3 mL/min,air inlet temperature 40℃,air intake 35 m^(3)/h,atomization pressure 1.2 bar.Conclusion The prepared granules have high yield and good morphology.The process is reasonable and suitable for industrial mass production.
