摘　　要：目的分析个性化口腔卫生指导对老龄牙周炎患者牙周治疗预后的影响,评价个性化口腔卫生指导在维护老龄人群牙周健康中的作用。方法50例老龄牙周炎患者,随机纳入对照组及实验组。两组患者均给予牙周基础治疗,对照组进行常规口腔卫生指导,实验组进行个性化口腔卫生指导。记录治疗前后受试者菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、探诊出血牙占比、牙龈出血指数、临床附着丧失情况,同时评价患者依从性、满意度以及治疗后口腔卫生状况。结果实验组受试者治疗后菌斑指数及牙龈出血指数水平均低于对照组,且其依从性、满意度及治疗后口腔卫生状况皆优于对照组。结论个性化口腔卫生指导有助于控制老龄牙周炎患者口腔卫生,提高牙周治疗效果,促进牙周健康水平。Objective To analyze the influence of individualized oral health guidance on the prognosis of periodontal treatment in elderly patients with periodontitis and evaluate the role of individualized oral health guidance in the maintenance of periodontal health of the elderly.Methods Fifty elderly patients with periodontitis were randomly included in the control group and experimental group.The two groups were given periodontal basic treatment,the control group was given routine oral health guidance,and the experimental group was given personalized oral health guidance.The plaque index,periodontal depth,proportion of bleeding teeth,gingival bleeding index and clinical attachment loss were recorded before and after treatment,and compliance,satisfaction and oral health status were evaluated.Results The levels of plaque index and gingival bleeding index in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group.The compliance,satisfaction and oral health status of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion Personalized oral health guidance is helpful to control the oral health of elderly patients with periodontitis,improve the effect of periodontal treatment,and promote the level of periodontal health.
