摘 要:目的探讨儿童锌缺乏与食物不耐受之间的相关性。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月在河北省儿童医院确诊的锌缺乏患儿105例作为锌缺乏组,选取同期来院行健康体检且无过敏性疾病、自身免疫性疾病等家族史的健康儿童50例作为健康组。采集2组儿童的空腹静脉血,检测血清中鸡蛋、小麦、牛奶、西红柿、鳕鱼、鸡肉、牛肉、大米、大豆、螃蟹、玉米、蘑菇、虾、猪肉等食物特异性IgG抗体水平,统计2组食物特异性IgG检测阳性率。将锌缺乏组患儿按年龄分为婴儿期组(0~1岁)23例、幼儿期组(>1~3岁)45例、学龄前期组(>3~6岁)21例、学龄期组(>6~12岁)16例,比较各组食物特异性IgG抗体水平分级及食物特异性IgG检测阳性率。结果锌缺乏组食物特异性IgG检测阳性率为86.7%(91/105),健康组食物特异性IgG检测阳性率为6.0%(3/50),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。婴儿期组和学龄期组食物特异性IgG抗体水平分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),幼儿期组和学龄前期组IgG抗体水平分级3级占比明显高于1级和2级占比(P均<0.05),1级和2级占比比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。婴儿期组、幼儿期组、学龄前期组、学龄期组食物特异性IgG检测阳性率分别为60.9%(14/23)、97.8%(44/45)、95.2%(20/21)、81.2%(13/16),婴儿期组阳性率明显低于其他组(P均<0.05),学龄期组明显低于幼儿期组和学龄前期组(P均<0.05),幼儿期组和学龄前期组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童锌缺乏与食物不耐受间存在关联性,年龄与锌缺乏患儿食物不耐受阳性率密切相关。Objective It is to explore the relationship between zinc deficiency and food intolerance in children.Methods A total of 105 children with zinc deficiency diagnosed in Hebei Children’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the zinc deficiency group,50 healthy children who came to the hospital for physical examination and had no family history of allergic diseases or autoimmune diseases during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The fasting venous blood from the children of the two groups was collected to detect the level of serum food-specific IgG antibodies of eggs,wheat,milk,tomatoes,cod,chicken,beef,rice,soybeans,crabs,corn,mushrooms,shrimp,pork,the positive rate of food-specific IgG test of the two groups was counted.The children in the zinc deficiency group were divided into infantile group(0-1 years old)23 cases,early childhood group(>1-3 years old)45 cases,preschool group(>3-6 years old)21 cases,and school age group(>6-12 years old)16 cases,the levels of food-specific IgG antibodies and the positive rate of food-specific IgG detection in each group were compared.Results The positive rate of food-specific IgG detection in the zinc deficiency group was 86.7%(91/105),and the positive rate of food-specific IgG detection in the healthy group was 6.0%(3/50),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of food-specific IgG antibody between the infancy group and the school-age group(P>0.05).The proportion of IgG antibody level 3 in the infant group and preschool group was significantly higher than that of level 1 and level 2(all P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the proportions of level 1 and level 2(all P>0.05).The positive rates of food-specific IgG detection in infancy,early childhood,preschool,and school age groups were 60.9%(14/23),97.8%(44/45),95.2%(20/21),and 81.2%(13/16),respectively,the positive rate of infancy group was significantly lower than tha
