摘  要:在富化气(C3H8)杂质含量不超标、载气(CH3OH)中H2O含量不超标、炉子的密封性好、零件表面无氧化皮和锈斑的情况下,通过调整热处理工艺来减轻产品的内氧化。通入一定数量的N2,减少CH3OH的用量,同时提高表面碳势,可以减轻内氧化,满足客户要求。When the impurity content of enriched gas(C_(3)H_(8))does not exceed the standard, H2O content in carrying gas(CH_(3)OH) does not exceed the standard, the furnace sealing is good, the surface of the parts has no oxide scale and rust spot, the internal oxidation of the product can be reduced by adjusting the heat treatment process. A certain amount of N_(2) is added to reduce the amount of CH_(3)OH and increase the surface carbon potential, which can reduce internal oxidation and meet customer requirements.
