青藏高原生态文明高地建设的科学内涵与对策建议

摘　　要：青藏高原特殊的地理位置和自然生态环境,决定了它不仅是我国重要的生态安全屏障,也对北半球、亚洲乃至全球的气候变化有着重要影响。本文全面阐述了青藏高原生态文明高地建设的科学内涵,纵观青藏高原生态文明建设现状,从青藏高原生态环境问题成因、文化背景等方面展开分析,深入剖析青藏高原生态文明建设所面临的问题,并有针对性地探讨了青藏高原生态文明建设的优化策略,为进一步开展青藏高原生态文明高地建设工作提供支撑。The special geographical location and natural ecology and environment of the Tibetan Plateau determine that it is not only an important ecological security barrier for China,but also has an important impact on climate change in the northern hemisphere,Asia and even the whole world.This paper comprehensively expounds the scientific connotation of the construction of ecological civilization highland on the Tibetan Plateau,throughout the current situation of the construction of ecological civilization of the Tibetan Plateau,and analyzes the causes and cultural background of ecological and environmental problems of the Tibetan Plateau,and deeply analyzes the problems faced in the ecological civilization construction on the Tibetan Plateau.It also probes into the optimization strategy of the ecological civilization construction of the Tibetan Plateau,and will provide supports for the further construction of ecological civilization highland of the Tibetan Plateau.
