摘　　要：During the covid-19 pandemic,video-based online teaching is adopted by many schools.with the popularization of smart devices,many universities have launched comprehensive online teaching.This paper focuses on the frustration among college English teachers who apply video living as the major or supplement in their teaching,the resource of the frustration,and the possible solutions for the negative emotions,which is a promotion to further online education.
