百年社会教育的典范:建党初期路矿工人教育经验论析

摘　　要：中国共产党成立之初,为了快速扩大自身的影响力,壮大阶级基础,重点深入到路矿工人中,广泛开展社会教育。在实践中初步探索形成了以文化素质教育为基础,以政治理论教育为根本,以组织纪律教育为保障的社会教育体系,发挥了开启民智、唤醒觉悟、政治动员功能,掀起了第一次工人运动高潮,推动了国民革命的进程,为中国共产党独立领导中国革命积累了经验,为中国共产党百年社会教育提供了成功范例。In the early days of the CPC,in order to rapidly expand its influence and strengthen its class foundation,the Party carried out extensive social education for railway and mine workers.In practice,it explored and built a social education system based on culture and political theory education,and guaranteed by organizational discipline education.The educational practice enlightened,awakened and politically mobilized the people,thus created the first upsurge of the workers’movement,pushed the national revolution forward,accumulated experience for the party’s independent leadership of the Chinese revolution,and became a successful model of social education in the past century.
