摘 要:随着直喷增压发动机的普及,汽油稀释逐渐成为发动机油测试中的重要指标。为满足发动机和整车试验中大量的、快速的汽油稀释测定要求,需要一种新型的测定方法。实验研究表明,在两款新型直喷汽油发动机A、B上采用两款发动机油,利用发动机油油样100℃运动黏度测定结果,结合推导出的汽油稀释和100℃运动黏度间的关系,可计算得到该油样的汽油稀释率。该方法有效解决了发动机和整车试验中大量的、快速的汽油稀释测定需求,降低了检测成本。采用的黏度换算方式,利用了100℃运动黏度这个重要的机油监控指标,因其测定方法简单、易操作,使得该方法一举两得,非常便利。With the popularization of turbocharged gasoline direct injection(TGDI) engines, gasoline dilution has gradually become a key parameter in engine oil test. A new test method is urgently needed to meet the demand of large and rapid determination of gasoline dilution in engine and vehicle tests. Two types of engine oil were used in two new-type direct injection gasoline engines and the test results indicate that the gasoline dilution rate can be calculated based on the measured results of kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃ of engine oil samples and the relationship between gasoline dilution and kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃. This method can effectively solve the requirements of large and rapid determination of gasoline dilution in engine and vehicle test, with decreased test costs. Besides, the viscosity conversion method uses kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃ data as an important oil monitoring index. This method is simple, easy to operate and very convenient.
