摘 要:含辅助支撑客车动力总成悬置系统是一个超静定力学系统,安装误差可能导致系统振动恶化。通过建立客车动力总成悬置系统超静定力学物理模型,推导出相应的数学模型;通过MATLAB计算,对安装误差引起的悬置系统受力状态进行了分析;针对安装误差引起的悬置元件预载荷的变化,通过MTS台架对不同预载荷作用下悬置动刚度进行测试,对不同安装误差动力总成悬置系统固有频率和解耦率进行了分析,结果表明安装误差一定程度上使固有频率和解耦率偏离设计值;为减小安装误差对悬置系统影响,提出了辅助支撑悬置刚度设计的参考计算方法。The coach powertrain mounting system with auxiliary support is a hyperstatic mechanical system,and installation er⁃rors may cause the system vibration to deteriorate.By establishing the physical model of statically indeterminate mechanics for the powertrain mounting system of coach,the corresponding mathematical model is deduced,and the force state of the mounting sys⁃tem caused by the installation error is analyzed by MATLAB calculation.According to the change of the mounts preload caused by installation error,the dynamic stiffness of the mounts is tested by the MTS system under different preloads,and the natural fre⁃quency and decoupling ratio of the powertrain mounting system with different installation errors are analyzed.The results show that the installation error deviates from the design value to the natural frequency and the decoupling rate to some extent.In order to reduce the influence of installation error on the mounting system,a reference calculation method is provided for the design of auxiliary support mount stiffness.
