摘 要:为实现高效精确检测渐开线齿型参数,提出了一种改进的空间矩算法并进行研究。首先利用现有空间矩理论算法,推导出此方法在提取渐开线边缘存在精度不足;接着,提出利用Newton迭代法判定准则确定像素边界,利用最小二乘法对边界轮廓点进行拟合并计算齿型参数,最后搭建影像检测系统验证结果。实验结果表明:改进后的算法在齿顶圆半径、分度圆半径、齿根圆半径和孔中心位置比常规空间矩算法精度提高65.8%,满足非接触测量精度高的要求。An improved algorithm for spatial moment was put forward and studied in order to detect the parameters of non-com⁃pletely tooth shape by efficient and accurate.At first,the existed theoretical algorithm of spatial moment was used,which was de⁃rived to have defects in involute edge.Then the criteria for Newton iteration method was put forward to determine the boundary pix⁃els.Least square method to the boundary contour point was used for fitting and calculating tooth shape parameters.Finally,the re⁃sults was verified by through a visual image detection system platform.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm precision than the conventional algorithm precision increased by 65.8%in the addendum circle radius,dividing circle radius,de⁃dendum circler adius and center of the hole,to meet the requirements of the non-contact measurement precision.
