新时代高校基层团组织建设研究现状及对策分析

摘　　要：共青团作为党组织的“地基”,是党组织发展培养青年党员的主要桥梁和纽带,发挥着重要的思想引领作用,肩负着团结动员、教育管理共青团员的责任。但目前高校基层团组织建设还存在覆盖不全、设置不合理、执行力创新力不够、吸引力凝聚力不强等问题。因此,加强新时代高校基层团组织建设十分必要。经过研究分析,笔者认为,应该从强化思想政治引领、加强基层团组织建设、创新载体平台、提升建设成效等方面着手,进一步提高高校基层团组织的组织力、引领力、服务力,助推高校共青团工作不断开拓创新、奋发有为,切实培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。As the“foundation”of the Party organization,the Communist Youth League is the main bridge and link for the Party organization to develop and cultivate young Party members,playing an important ideological leading role and shouldering the responsibility of uniting and mobilizing,educating and managing the Communist Youth League members.However,there are still problems of incomplete coverage,unreasonable setting,insufficient innovation in execution and weak cohesion in attraction in the construction of grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities,so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities in the new era.After research and analysis,the writer thinks that we should start to solve the problems from strengthening ideological and political leadership,strengthening the construction of grass-roots League organizations themselves,and innovating carrier platform to enhance the construction effectiveness,so as to further enhance the organizational power,leading power and service power of the grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities,and help the youth League work in colleges and universities to develop and innovate,and work hard,so as to effectively cultivate new people of the times who take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
