摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是连接院校教育与毕业后继续教育的主要阶段,具有承上启下的作用。住院医师规范化培训专业基地建设是确保住培质量的重要基础。文章通过总结南通大学附属医院普通外科住院医师培养经验,旨在进一步提高外科学住培的管理和带教水平,提升学员的能力和素质,为完善我国毕业后医学教育提供依据。Standardized resident training is the main stage connecting college education and continuing education after graduation,which plays a connecting role.The construction of resident standardized training professional base is an important basis to ensure the quality of standardized training.By summarizing the training experience of general surgical residents in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,this paper aims to further improve the management and teaching level of surgical discipline training,improve the students’ability and quality,and provide the basis for improving the medical education after graduation in our country.
