男性勃起功能障碍患者病耻感的现状及影响因素调查与分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查研究,了解男性勃起功能障碍患者的自我病耻感水平及其影响因素,为后期干预措施提供参考依据。方法随机抽取2020年7月至12月在南京市某所三级甲等医院就诊的110例勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、社会影响量表、社会支持评定量表、应对方式问卷、一般自我效能问卷、国际勃起功能指数问卷5,分别调查患者的一般资料、病耻感水平、社会支持水平、应对方式、自我效能以及患者的勃起功能。结果男性勃起功能障碍患者的病耻感得分为(56.29±12.22)分,社会支持、自我效能、积极应对方式与患者病耻感程度呈负相关,消极应对方式与患者病耻感程度呈正相关;逐步回归分析结果显示,教育水平和对疾病了解程度是患者病耻感水平的影响因素,这2个变量可解释79.3%的总变异。结论男性勃起功能障碍患者的病耻感处于中等水平,在临床的治疗护理中应增强社会支持、自我效能及积极应对方式对患者的正向作用,降低消极应对方式的负面影响;同时加强对患者的疾病知识宣教,可提高患者对疾病的认知能力,降低患者疾病病耻感,使患者能够积极面对疾病,促进家庭和谐,提高自身社会适应能力,最终提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the level of self-stigma and its influencing factors in male patients with erectile dysfunction,and provide reference for later intervention.Methods 110 patients with erectile dysfunc-tion from July to December 2020 in a gradeⅢ,grade A hospital in Nanjing were randomly selected as the research object.General information questionnaire,social impact scale,social support rating scale,coping style question-naire,general self-efficacy questionnaire and international index of erectile function questionnaire 5 were used to in-vestigate the general information,stigma level,social support level,coping style,self-efficacy and erectile function of the patients.Results The score of stigma in male erectile dysfunction patients was 56.29±12.22.Social sup-port,self-efficacy and positive coping style were negatively correlated with the degree of stigma,while negative cop-ing style was positively correlated with the degree of stigma.Stepwise regression analysis showed that education level and understanding of disease were the influencing factors of stigma,and these two variables could explain 79.3%of the total variation.Conclusions The stigma of male erectile dysfunction patients is at the medium level.In clinical treatment and nursing,the positive effects of social support,self-efficacy and positive coping style on patients should be enhanced,and the negative effects of negative coping style should be reduced.At the same time,the disease knowledge education of patients was strengthen to improve the cognitive ability of patients with the disease,the dis-ease stigma of patients was reduced so that patients can actively face the disease,promote family harmony,improve their own social adaptability,and ultimately improve the quality of life.
