摘　　要：目的分析病案信息质量管理对提升医疗质量管理水平起到的应用价值。方法选取医院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的80例患者病案展开研究分析,分组方法为随机数字表法,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,其中对照组实施常规管理措施,观察组实施病案信息质量管理,比较两组的病案信息管理质量、病案管理问题发生情况及管理满意度。结果观察组的管理数字化程度、管理措施落实效果及管理理念掌握水平等病案信息质量管理评分均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的病案资料毁损、病案管理执行错误等病案管理问题发生率为30.00%,显著高于观察组的2.50%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组的77.50%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施病案信息质量管理可有效提升医疗质量管理水平、管理数字化程度、管理措施落实效果及管理理念掌握水平,降低病案资料毁损、病案管理执行错误等病案管理问题发生率,同时使管理满意度得到提升。Objective To analyze the application value of medical record information quality management in improving the level of medical quality management.Methods The medical records of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected for research and analysis.The grouping method was random number table method,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group implements routine management measures,and the observation group implemented medical record information quality management.The medical record information management quality,the occurrence of medical record management problems and management satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The medical record information quality management scores of the observation group,such as the degree of management digitalization,the implementation effect of management measures,and the level of management concept mastery,were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of medical record management problems in the control group,such as damage to medical record data and incorrect implementation of medical record management,was 30.00%,which was significantly higher than 2.50%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of medical record management problems such as damaged medical record data and implementation errors of medical record management in the control group was 30.00%,which was significantly higher than 2.50%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of medical record information quality management can effectively improve the level of medical quality management,the level of medical quality managemen
