摘　　要：目的了解医院行政总值班期间发生事件的特征、特点,从而采取相关有效措施,进一步完善医院行政总值班的管理方式和方法,维护医院安全稳定。方法利用Excel 2016,从值班事件的类别性质、发生频次、时间分布、解决程度等多个方面进行描述性统计分析。结果存在值班事发生频次高且连续增长的事件,每日20:01—23:00以及周一、周三、周四事件发生率高,此外,多数事件能够由值班人员当场协调处理解决。结论医院要从提高工作质量、强化培训演练、完善工作制度、利用科学工具等环节,来建立一套完整且符合医院实际情况的行政总值班管理体系。Objective To understand the characteristics of events during the administrative duty in hospital,take effective measures to further improve the management mode and method of administrative duty,and to maintain the safety and stability of the hospital.Methods By using Excel 2016 to descriptive statistical analysis was carried out from the aspects of category nature,frequency,time distribution and solving degree of events.Results There are high frequency and continuous increase of events on duty.The occurrence rate of daily 20:01-23:00 and Monday,Wednesday and Thursday is high.The most of the events can be handled and solved on the spot.Conclusion Through improving the quality of work,strengthening training and drills,perfecting the work system,and using scientific tools to establish a complete and realistic administrative duty management system.
