孕早期超声检查异常与染色体异常的筛查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕早期不同超声检查异常在筛查染色体异常中的价值。方法纳入2017年1月—2020年3月在吉林市人民医院接受产检的862例孕妇,对产妇进行超声检查及染色体核型分析,记录超声对异常胎儿的检出情况及不同异常情况下的染色体异常筛查情况。结果862例产妇中,超声检出异常共计48例,异常率为5.57%。在检出的异常情况上,主要包括心脏畸形、全身皮肤水肿、鼻骨异常及NT增厚,其中NT增厚例数最多,为30例,占总检查例数的3.48%。不同的超声异常均检出一定的染色体异常情况。结论产前检查中,检出孕早期胎儿异常多为心脏畸形、全身皮肤水肿、鼻骨异常、NT增厚,这些指征同染色体异常也有较大的关联性。Objective To explore the value of different ultrasound abnormalities in the screening of chromosomal abnormalities in the first trimester.Methods Enrolled 862 pregnant women who underwent prenatal check-ups inJilin City People's Hospitalfrom January 2017 to March 2020.Ultrasound examination and chromosome karyotype analysis were performed on all lying-in women,and the detection of abnormal fetuses by ultrasound and chromosomal abnormality screening under different abnormal conditions Happening.Results Among 862 cases of parturients,a total of 48 abnormalities were detected by ultrasound,and the abnormality rate was 5.57%.The abnormalities detected mainly included heart malformations,skin edema,abnormal nasal bones,and NT thickening.In the abnormalities detected,NT thickening accounted for the highest proportion of 30 cases,accounting for 3.48%of the total number of cases examined.Different abnor malities were detected with certain chromosomal abnormalities.Conclusion In prenatal examination,the indications of fetal abnormalities in the first trimester are heart abnormalities,skin edema,nasal bone abnormalities,and NT thickening.These indications are also closely related to chromosomal abnormalities.
