摘　　要：吻合口漏是直肠癌低位前切除术后常见并发症,术后吻合口漏高危因素的研究方向可概括为直肠癌患者一般情况、肿瘤因素、围术期因素。Anastomotic leakage is a common complication after low anterior resection of rectal cancer.The research direction of high-risk factors for postoperative anastomotic leakage can be summarized as general conditions of patients with rectal cancer,tumor factors,and perioperative factors.
