摘  要:饲料的好坏直接影响畜产品的质量,通过“饲料—动物—畜产品—人”这条食物链对人的健康产生影响。江苏农牧科技职业学院高职饲料与动物营养专业结合专业特色,围绕人才培养目标,以“三农情怀、生态环保、关爱动物、知法懂法、爱岗敬业”等思想政治元素为关键点,借助互联网技术,创新教学方法,采用混合式等教学模式,全员、全程、全方位培育人才,探索符合高职特色与宗旨、符合专业课程特点的课程思政改革路径,培养高端技术技能型人才。The quality of feed directly affects the quality of livestock products,and affects human health through the food chain of“feed-animal-livestock products-human”.The feed and animal nutrition major of Jiangsu Agrianimal Husbandry Vocational College focuses on talent training objectives by combining with its own major characteristics and taking the ideological and political elements such as the the love for agriculture,farmer and rural areas,the awareness of ecological protection,the caring for animals,the quality of knowing and understanding laws,and the devotion to work,and other elements as the key points.The reform path of“curriculum ideological and political education”,which is in line with the characteristics and purpose of higher vocational education and the characteristics of professional courses,is explored with the help of the Internet technology,the innovation of teaching methods,the adoption of mixed teaching model,and the“three-whole education”,so as to cultivate high-end technical and skilled talents.
