摘  要:高职院校的教学目标是培养社会所需要的应用型人才,实验实训是高等职业教育中培养学生工作岗位实践操作技能的重要手段,高等职业教育中的实验实训环节与工业企业实际工作岗位及环境越来越趋同。以培养学生技能、提高学生职业素质为出发点,在高等职业教育实验实训教学中融入工业企业中的工业心理学因素,建立起融合工业心理学因素的高等职业教育实验实训基地,能有效地培养高职学生的工业心理学素养,能使高职毕业学生尽快适应工业企业现场工作岗位的需要。The teaching goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate applied talents needed by society.Experiment and practice training is an important means to cultivate students’practical operation skills in higher vocational education.The experiment and practice training link in higher vocational education is becoming more and more similar to the actual jobs and environment of industrial enterprises.Taking cultivating students’skills and improving students’professional quality as the starting point,integrating industrial psychological factors of industrial enterprises in the experiment and practice training of higher vocational education,and establishing experiment and practice training bases of higher vocational education integrated with industrial psychological factors can effectively cultivate the industrial psychological literacy of higher vocational students,which can help higher vocational graduates adapt to the needs of on-site jobs in industrial enterprises as soon as possible.
