摘  要:建立了一种使用二维液相色谱-串联质谱法检测婴幼儿奶粉中壬基酚的方法。样品经乙腈提取、上清液经过二维液相色谱分离后,采用电喷雾串联质谱检测,内标法定量。对检测方法进行方法验证,线性范围为0.5~50 ng/mL,相关系数≥0.999,方法定量限为1.0μg/kg,高、中、低3个水平的加标回收率为85.4%~97.3%,相对标准偏差为2.08%~5.11%。该方法结果准确、重复性好、操作简单,适用于婴幼儿奶粉基质中壬基酚的测定。2-Dimensional High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry(2 D-HPLC-MS/MS)method was developed to determine nonylphenol in infant formula.Sample was extracted by acetonitrile and concentrated,then was separated by the2 D-HPLC system and determined by ESI-MS-MS,quantified by internal standard method.A linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 0.5-50 ng/mL.The linear correlation cofficients of the method are above 0.999.The limits of quantifiation(LOQ)was 1.0μg/kg.The recoveries in three levels were ranged from 85.4%-97.3%and RSD was ranged from 2.08%-5.11%.This method was accurate and simple to determine nonylphenol in infant formula.
