摘 要:以深圳市深圳大学艺术综合楼项目设计施工为例,介绍了建筑物基础预加固超大框支桩的设计、施工及监测的成功经验。考虑后期地铁开挖的应力释放及运营过程中动力响应的影响,探讨在深圳地铁规划控制区内建筑物基础超大框支桩的设计优化、工艺改进及后期监测措施。旨在通过本次研究为后续类似工程提供借鉴和参考。This paper takes the design and construction of the Shenzhen University Art Complex Project in Shenzhen as an example, and introduces the successful experience of the design, construction and monitoring of the pre-reinforced super-large frame-supported pile of the building foundation. Considering the stress release of the later subway excavation and the influence of the dynamic response during the operation process, the design optimization, process improvement and later monitoring measures of the super-large frame-supported piles of the building foundation in the planning control area of the Shenzhen subway are discussed, so as to provide a good reference for subsequent similar projects.
