老年脑卒中病人的多重用药调查

摘　　要：目的调查老年脑卒中病人的多重用药及药物不良反应发生情况。方法采用连续抽样法选取于青岛大学附属医院老年医学科住院的脑卒中病人150例,并通过病历查阅及随访的方法采集资料,包括病人的一般情况、患病情况和用药情况等。结果 150例老年脑卒中病人中,缺血性脑卒中占68.67%,出血性脑卒中占31.33%。所有病人均合并慢性疾病。住院期间全部(100.00%)存在多重用药,最常见的药物为抗血小板药物(73.33%),其次为促进脑部血液循环的药物(44.00%)。长期服药治疗的慢性疾病病人中,随访存在多重用药者占61.33%,最常见的药物为治疗高脂血症的药物(74.67%),其次为治疗糖尿病的药物(64.00%)。药物不良反应的发生率为70.67%。结论老年脑卒中病人多合并慢性疾病,多重用药和药物不良反应的发生率高。Objective To investigate the status of multiple drug use and adverse drug reactions in elderly patients with stroke. Methods The continuous sampling method was used to select 150 patients with stroke who were hospitalized in Department of Geriatrics, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, and related data were collected by review of medical records and follow-up, including general information, disease conditions, and medication. Results Among the 150 elderly patients with stroke, 68.67% had ischemic stroke and 31.33% had hemorrhagic stroke. All subjects had chronic diseases. Multiple drug use was observed in 100.00% of the patients during hospitalization, and antiplatelet drugs were the most commonly used drugs(73.33%), followed by the drugs promoting blood circulation in the brain(44.00%). Among the patients with long-term medication for chronic diseases, 61.33% had multiple drug use, and the drugs for hyperlipidemia were the most commonly used drugs(74.67%), followed by those for diabetes(64.00%). The incidence rate of adverse drug reactions was 70.67%. Conclusion Most elderly patients with stroke have chronic diseases, with high incidence rates of multiple drug use and adverse drug reactions.
