摘 要:运用问卷调查法、查找资料法、数理统计法、文献资料法探讨了积分制教学考评方式对身体素质课的影响;根据健身科学理论组合了速度、力量耐力及塑体等单因子项群的积分制教学考评模式;结果表明:积分制教学考评模式可以活跃课堂气氛,在运动中掌握健身技术,巩固与提高身体素质,达到锻炼身体机能目的,对培养学生终身体育,保障生活质量具有现实意义,建议在其他选项课推广应用.This paper studies the influence of the teaching evaluation method of the point system on the physical quality course by the methods of questionnaire survey,data search,mathematical statistics and literature.According to the theory of fitness science,the teaching evaluation mode based on point system combines single factor items such as speed,strength,endurance and plastic body.The results show that the point system can activate the classroom atmosphere,master the fitness technology in sports,consolidate and improve the physical quality,and achieve the purpose of exercising the physical function.Besides,it is of practical significance to cultivate students’lifelong physical education and guarantee the quality of life.Therefore,it is suggested to be applied to other optional courses.
