多元协同背景下常州大学城体育资源共享研究

摘　　要：全民健身计划等政策的实施对体育场地资源共享提出新的要求,常州大学城具有丰富的体育资源,在体育资源共享过程中,存在政策执行力不足、管理各自为政、资源利用率不高等问题,运用多元协同理论,提出构建多元协同的资源共享发展理念,建立体育资源共享的管理制度,拓宽体育资源共享的资金来源渠道,提升体育资源共享水平,形成常州大学城体育资源共享体系。The implementation of the national fitness plan and other policies puts forward new requirements for the sharing of sports venues resources.Changzhou university town has rich sports resources.However,in the process of sports resources sharing,there are some problems,such as insufficient policy implementation,separate management and low resource utilization.Using the multiple coordination theory,this paper puts forward the concept of building a multi coordinated resource sharing development,establish the management system of sports resource sharing,broaden the fund source channels of sports resource sharing,improve the level of sports resource sharing,and form the sports resource sharing system of Changzhou university town.
