摘　　要：企业实际生产中,经常遇到PCB超存储期(简称超期)的问题。如果直接报废,会给企业造成巨大的经济损失;如果直接使用,又给企业带来潜在的产品质量风险。通过试验,详细进行了超期PCB质量风险评估分析,为企业超期PCB的使用评估提供指导方法。In actual production,enterprises often encounter the problem of overdue storage of PCBs(abbreviated as overdue).If they are scrapped directly,it will cause great economic loss to the enterprises.If they are used directly,it will bring potential product quality risks to the enterprises.Through tests,the detailed assessment and analysis of overdue PCB quality risks are described in detail,which provides a guide for enterprises to evaluate the use of overdue PCB.
