摘　　要：随着精细化管理理念不断应用,极大提升了多领域工作人员工作效能,尤其在工作考核方面,考核结果直接影响被考核人员的利益,因此对考核精细化管理提出了迫切的现实需求。文章从航天一院科技委专业组考核精细化管理目标出发,进行了影响因素剖析、总体思路设计、工作内容分解,并就实例探讨了专业组考核精细化管理,建立全员参与、高效务实、精准协同的考核体系,为保证航天一院科技委专业组考核工作要求及时、规范落实奠定了基础。With the continuous application of the concept of refined management,the work efficiency of staff in multiple fields has been greatly improved,especially in the aspect of work assessment.The assessment results directly affect the interests of the assessed personnel,so there is an urgent realistic demand for fine management of assessments..Starting from the goal of refined management of the professional group of the Science and Technology Committee of the First Academy of Aerospace Science,the article analyzes the influencing factors,designs the overall idea,and decomposes the work content.The precise and coordinated assessment system has laid the foundation for ensuring the timely and standardized implementation of the assessment work requirements of the professional group of the Science and Technology Committee of the First Academy of Aerospace.
