摘  要:目的通过对东北地区十种蒲公英(Taraxacum.)叶柄解剖学观察比较研究,确定其分类学意义。方法利用石蜡切片法对叶柄解剖结构进行观察研究,并通过SPSS 12.0.1数据处理系统进行聚类分析。结果 ①蒲公英属叶柄轮廓及大小、近轴面与远轴面形状、薄壁组织厚度及层数;维管束大小及形状、类型、数目等重要指标具有稳定遗传的特性,且种间存在显著差异,可作为本属分类的重要解剖学证据。②聚类结构表明可进行近缘种归并,其归并结果与《中国植物志》分类结果一致。结论该试验首次对十种蒲公英叶柄解剖学进行研究报道。确定了蒲公英叶柄解剖学的分类意义,聚类结果与《中国植物志》蒲公英属分类结果一致。Objective From such observations and comparative study with petiole anatomy of ten kinds of Taraxacum in Northeast, to determine its taxonomical significance. Methods The paraffin cut method was used for observational study to petiole anatomical structure, and through SPSS 12.0.1 data processing for cluster analysis. Results 1.The outline and size of petioles, the shape of adaxial surface and far shaft side, thickness and layer of parenchyma, size﹑shape﹑type and number of vascular bundles, and other important indexes are stable genetic characteristics, and has significant differences between interspecific, can be used as the important evidence of anatomy of this genus taxonomy.2.The cluster structure showed that related species can be merged, the results of merging with the classification results in《Flora Reipublicae Popularis Sinicae》(FRPS) are consistent.Conclusion The test is the first research report for the petiole anatomy of ten kinds of dandelion, determine the systematic significance of petiole anatomy of dandelion, its cluster results with the classification results of dandelion genus in FRPS are consistent.
