摘 要:目的:编制能科学评价残疾大学生就业心理健康的量表,为有效评价残疾大学生就业心理健康水平提供测量工具,从而有利于指导残疾大学生积极和谐就业。方法:采用文献研究法、德尔菲法和层次分析法构建残疾大学生就业心理健康量表。结果:①残疾大学生就业心理量表包括个人认知、人格特征、就业情绪情感、就业意志、就业倾向5个维度68项指标。②量表指标通过权重系数的一致性检验,权重分配比例个人认知为0.21、人格特征为0.20、就业情绪情感为0.19、就业意志为0.20、就业倾向为0.20。③量表的KMO是0.78,总的Cronbachα系数是0.95,Spear-Brown相关系数以及Guttman-half系数均大于0.8,各因素内部Cronbachα系数在0.75~0.94。结论:量表编制无逻辑错误,具有较好的信度效度,符合量表编制的要求,能比较科学地测量出残疾大学生的就业心理健康水平。Objective:To compile an employment mental health scale suitable for disabled college students,which provides a measuring tool for scientific evaluation of their employment mental health level,so as to guide the students obtain employment actively.Methods:The mental health scale of students with disabilities was constructed by the method of literature,Delphi and Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results:①The employment psychology scale of disabled college students included individual cognition,personality characteristics,employment emotion and emotion,employment will and employment tendency five dimensions and 68indicators.②The index of the scale passed the consistency test of weight coefficient.The proportion of weight distribution was 0.21for individual cognition,0.20for personality characteristics,0.19for employment emotion,0.20for employment will and 0.20for employment tendency③The KMO of the scale was 0.78,the total Cronbach coefficient was 0.95,the Spear-Brown correlation coefficient and Guttman-half coefficient were all greater than 0.8,and the internal Cronbach coefficient of each factor was between 0.75and 0.94.Conclusion:The scale which has good reliability and validity,meets the requirements of the scale preparation,and can measure the mental health level of the students with disabilities scientifically.
