摘 要:目的:探讨医学生网络游戏行为对情绪智力和正念注意觉知水平的影响。方法:使用情绪智力量表、正念觉知量表对789名医学生进行测量。结果:不同游戏频率被试在情绪智力中的情绪利用的得分差异有统计学意义(F=2.672,P<0.05);不同游戏动机中的以逃避为游戏动机的被试在情绪智力中的自我情绪管理与正念注意觉知上的得分差异有统计学意义(F=6.842,5.742;P<0.05),以无聊为游戏动机的被试分别在正念注意觉知得分差异有统计学意义(F=9.933,P=0.002);不同游戏年限被试在正念注意觉知上的得分差异有统计学意义(F=2.792,P<0.05);不同游戏水平被试在情绪智力中的情绪知觉、自我情绪管理得分差异有统计学意义(F=3.909,3.974;P<0.05)。结论:网络游戏行为对医学生情绪智力、正念注意觉知产生负性影响较多,可认为其能损伤医学生认知功能,因此应加强对青少年网络游戏行为的教育和管理。Objective:To explore the influence of medical students'game behavior on emotional intelligence and mindful attention awareness.Methods:A total of 789medical students were measured by emotional intelligence scale and mindfulness awareness scale.Results:The differences scores of emotional utilization in emotional intelligence with different game frequency subjects were statistically significant(F=2.672,P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the scores of self-emotion management and mindful attention awareness in the subjects who played for the purpose of avoidance in different game purpose(F=6.842,5.742;P<0.05);The differences scores in mindful attention awareness was statistically significant among the bored,time-passing and status-maintaining subjects(F=9.933,P<0.01);The differences scores in mindful attention awareness with different years of playing subjects were statistically significant(F=2.792,P<0.05);The differences scores of the subjects with different levels of games in the emotional perception and self-emotional management were statistically significant(F=3.909,3.974;P<0.05).Conclusion:Online game behavior has significant effects on emotional intelligence and mindfulness awareness level,so it is necessary to strengthen the education and management of online games for teenagers.
