摘　　要：目的评价重度下睑缺损手术再造的效果。方法应用自体游离包皮内板和带蒂皮瓣移植修复重度下睑缺损。结果术后下睑形态功能良好,闭眼完全,效果满意。结论自体游离包皮内板结合带蒂皮瓣移植再造下睑,效果确切,达到了眼睑形态及功能的恢复。Objective To evaluate the effect of reconstructing severe lower eyelid defect.Methods To reconstruct severe lower eyelid defect using autologous free inner prepuce and the pedicle flap.Results After the surgery,the appearance and function of the lower eyelid was well.The patient can close his eye easily and completely.Conclusions It’s an effective method to reconstruct lower eyelid defect using autologous free inner prepuce and the pedicle flap.
