摘  要:以无毒、无污染的乙醇为提取剂,采用一步法提取甘蔗副产物蔗渣和滤泥中的蔗蜡,优化蔗蜡提取工艺。结果表明:(1)蔗蜡提取最佳条件:温度85 ℃,时间1.0 h,提取剂乙醇浓度95%,料液比(提取原料:提取剂)1:13;(2)鲜干滤泥、发酵干滤泥、干蔗渣3种原料的蔗蜡得率分别为:3.19%、1.09%、0.60%;(3)以鲜干滤泥为原料,采用一步法直接提取的蔗蜡中二十六烷醇、二十八烷醇、三十烷醇这3种烷醇总含量可高达59.19%,其中二十八烷醇含量为27.09%。该实验提取剂清洁无污染、工艺控制简单易行,得到的蔗蜡纯度较高,有望为提取高附加值的蔗蜡产品提供工艺和原料选择的参考依据。In this study,non-toxic and pollution-free ethanol was used as the extraction agent to extract sugarcane wax from bagasse and filter sludge by one step method,and the extraction process of cane wax was optimized.The results demonstrate that:(1) The optimal conditions of sugarcane wax extraction were as follows:solid-liquid ratio (extraction material:extraction agent) of 1:13,95% ethanol as extraction agent for 1.0 h at 85 ℃;(2) The yield of sugarcane wax of fresh-dried filtered sludge,fermented dried filtered sludge and dried bagasse was 3.19%,1.09% and 0.60%,respectively;(3) The total contents of hexacosanol,octacosanol and triacontanol in the sugarcane wax extracted by one-step method from fresh-dried filtered sludge can reach up to 59.19%,and the content of octacosanol is 27.09%.The extracting agent in this experiment is clean and pollution-free,the process is simple and easy to control,and the purity of sugarcane wax is high.It is expected to provide a reference base for the extraction process and raw material selection of sugarcane wax products with high added value.
