摘 要:在果蔬膨化过程中,加热仓温度变化具有非线性和滞后性。传统PID控制难以适应膨化系统加工不同果蔬原料时温度设定值的大幅变化,易造成温度控制效果不佳,最终影响膨化产品的质量。针对上述问题,提出基于智能轨迹导引的膨化温度控制方法。使用step7完成控制器程序实现,将智能轨迹导引控制器应用于果蔬膨化温度控制系统中。仿真结果表明,智能轨迹导引控制能够有效规避超调的产生,有良好的快速性和鲁棒性,可大幅提高果蔬膨化温度控制精度。In the fruits and vegetables puffing process, there are nonlinearity and hysteresis in temperature variation of the heating tank. Traditional PID control is difficult to adapt to the large changes in parameter settings when the puffing system processes different kinds of fruits and vegetables, which are easily resulting in poor temperature control effects and ultimately affecting the quality of puffed products. To solve the above problems, a puffing temperature control method based on intelligent track guide is proposed. Adopt step7 to complete the controller programming, and apply the intelligent track guide controller to fruits and vegetables puffing temperature control system. The simulation results show that the intelligent track guide control effectively avoids occurrence of overshoot, and has good rapidity and robustness, which can greatly improve the control accuracy of fruits and vegetables puffing temperature.
