近代上海洗染业的形成与发展

摘　　要：近代上海洗染业是在传统手工洗染方式的基础上,与西方的新式机器、染料相融合形成的近代服务行业。以上海地方志及档案馆文献等为研究材料,论述了近代上海洗染业由旧式独立的洗染作坊演变为成熟完整服务行业的过程,从经营服务、洗涤方式和技术设备3方面总结洗染行业的发展特点,并简要分析近代上海洗染业形成的影响因素。作为与人们日常生活息息相关的服务行业,近代上海洗染业的发展也是近代上海社会转型的缩影。The modern laundry and dyeing industry in Shanghai is a modern service industry based on the traditional manual washing and dyeing methods that combined with the western new machines and dyes.The local chronicles of Shanghai and literature of archives center are the research materials,to discusses the process of the laundry and dyeing industry in modern Shanghai,which evolved from an independent laundry and dyeing workshop to a mature and complete service industry.The development characteristics of the laundry and dyeing industry are summarized from 3 aspects:operating service,washing methods and technical equipment,it also briefly analyzes the influencing factors of the formation of laundry and dyeing industry in modern Shanghai.As a service industry closely related to daily life,the development of laundry and dyeing industry in modern Shanghai is also an epitome of the social transformation of modern Shanghai.
