摘　　要：本研究采用文献计量分析法,利用Excel、书目共现分析系统bicomb和可视化软件ucinet等工具,对国内近三年CNKI数据库中管理学期刊论文及关键词进行定量管理和定性判断。本文将关键词统计和布拉德福定律分区理论相结合,分析我国管理学文献研究的热点,基于研究结果,提出了立足于大数据时代,线上线下相结合的混合教学模式;激发科研活力,建设高端智库的研究方向;紧跟国家政策导向,加强思政教育三方面的课程改革建议。This study adopts hihliometric analysis,using tools such as Excel,bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system hicomh and visualization software ucinet,to quantitatively manage and qualitatively judge management journal papers and keywords in CNKI database in China in the past three years.This paper combines keyword statistics and Bradford's law partition theory to analyze the hotspots of management literature research in China.Based on the research results,this paper proposes three curriculum reform proposals based on the era of big data,a hybrid teaching mode combining online and offline,stimulating the vitality of scientific research,building a high-end think tank,following the national policy guidance and strengthening the ideological education.
