摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是为适应社会发展,提高临床医疗水平,满足患者需求的一种继续医学专业教育模式。在大多数培训中只注重临床技能提高,忽视了科研创新能力的培养。医学科研创新是从日常工作中挖掘新需求,是对未知领域的探索,是医师必备能力之一,对医学发展具有重大意义。Standardized training of residents is a continuing medical professional education model to adapt to the social development,improve the level of clinical medical care,and meet the needs of patients.Most trainings only emphasize the improvement of clinical skills and neglect the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability.Medical scientific research innovation is the discovery of new needs from daily work and exploration of unknown fields.It is one of the indispensable abilities for physicians and is of great significance to the development of medicine.
