摘 要:为解决发泡聚氯乙烯(PVC)与单板的界面不相容问题,拓展发泡PVC板和木质材料的应用领域。采用大气等离子体处理发泡PVC板的表面,通过单因素试验和响应面分析法探究了大气等离子体处理高度、处理功率和处理速度对发泡PVC板与杨木单板胶合性能的影响。发泡PVC板表面的接触角随等离子体处理高度的提高而增大,处理功率与速度的增加会引起发泡PVC板表面接触角不同程度的波动变化。大气等离子体处理对发泡PVC板与单板胶合性能的优化工艺参数为处理高度7.7 mm、处理功率732 W、处理速度58.9 mm·s^(-1);大气等离子体处理的3个因素对发泡PVC板与单板胶合性能影响的大小顺序为:处理高度>处理功率>处理速度。通过扫描电镜观察,大气等离子体处理后发泡PVC板的表面有被刻蚀的痕迹。大气等离子体工艺处理发泡PVC板表面可以有效提高发泡PVC板与木质单板的胶合性能。To solve the problem of incompatibility between foamed polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and wood veneer,the application fields of foamed PVC board and wood materials must be expanded.Here,the surface of foamed PVC board was treated with atmospheric plasma,and the effect of atmospheric plasma treatment height and processing power and speed on the bonding performance of the foamed PVC board and poplar veneer was explored using single factor test and response surface analysis.The contact angle of the foamed PVC surface increased with increase in the plasma treatment height,and different degrees of wave changes of the surface contact angle of the foamed PVC board were observed with increasing processing power and speed.The optimal process parameters of atmospheric plasma treatment for the bonding performance of the foamed PVC board and veneer were a processing height of 7.7 mm,a processing power of 732 W,and a processing speed of 58.9 mm·s^(-1).The order of the effect on PVC board and veneer bonding performance was as follows:processing height>processing power>processing speed.Using scanning electron microscopy,we found traces of etching on the surface of the foamed PVC board after atmospheric plasma treatment.Thus,atmospheric plasma treatment of the surface of foamed PVC board can effectively improve the bonding performance of foamed PVC board and wood veneer.
