摘　　要：材料测试中DIC光学成像技术是一项正在受到广泛关注的新技术。文章介绍了该项技术的测试原理、特点及测试过程,并将DIC技术应用在汽车零件碰撞中,对测试过程中试样的表面处理、数据采集及图像处理进行较系统的归纳和总结。综合分析了近年来汽车行业的模拟仿真汽车碰撞,探讨了高速DIC光学摄像未来技术发展趋势。In material testing,DIC is a new technology which is being widely concerned.The testing principle,characteristics and test process of this technology are introduced in this paper.And DIC technology is applied in vehicle parts collision to summarize the sample surface treatment,data acquisition and image processing in the test process systematically.In order to accurately simulate vehicle collision,the future development trend of high-speed DIC optical camera technology is discussed.
