摘  要:随着汽车智能化及辅助驾驶技术的不断发展,汽车的外造型上被嵌入了越来越多的环境感知传感器。其中尤以驻车辅助的超声波传感器数量众多且布置区域广,因此对汽车外造型设计影响非常大。设计师经常需要调整外造型来迎合超声波雷达的布置要求。多轮的造型反复既影响造型的连贯性,也影响项目进度,同时会消耗巨大的开发人力。文章提出利用CATIA的“参数化功能”将超声波雷达的布置要求集成到一个“CATIA Part”数据中,通过合理的参数设置,可以将超声波雷达的布置要求直观地输入给造型师,并可以实现雷达位置的实时调整,帮助设计师快速找到最优的造型方案,规避设计风险,大大提高了开发效率。With the development of Auto Intelligent and ADAS technology,more and more sensors for surround detect are integrated into the car exterior design.Especially for the parking-assistance ultrasonic sensor,it s numerous and widely arranged,so it has a great influence on the car exterior design.Designers often need to adjust the exterior design to meet the requirements of the ultrasonic radar.More rounds of styling changing affects the continuity of design and the progress of the project.At the same time,it consumes huge development manpower.This paper proposes to use the“parameter”function of CATIA,which can integrate the requirements of the radar into one“CATIA Part”data.Through the parameter setting,the package requirements of the radar can be clearly input to the designer,and the position can be adjusted in real time.It helps designer optimize the model quickly,and also avoid the risk of design,highly improve the development efficiency.
