摘 要:为解决鱼雷罐加废钢后镁基复合喷吹脱硫工艺终点硫含量异常偏高时有发生的问题,对异常炉次脱硫前的铁水渣进行了观察并取样分析,结果表明,铁水渣为油渣,其成分完全不同于高炉渣,碱度不超过0.3,w(CaO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))<0.85,属于带有一定氧化性的酸性渣。随铁水渣碱度大幅降低,渣中SiO_(2)活度显著增加、脱硫产物的饱和溶解度降低,促进了Mg与Si的反应,抑制了脱硫反应,从而导致终点硫含量大幅增加,镁粉利用率显著降低。鱼雷罐加废钢改变了铁水渣成分,是频繁形成油渣的根本原因,通过采取减少鱼雷罐中氧化铁带入量和油渣炉次"前扒渣+后扒渣"两大措施,油渣发生率由40%降至15.6%,油渣炉次的镁粉利用率恢复至43.8%。In order to solve the problem that the final sulfur content of the magnesium-based composite injection desulfurization process was often exceptional high after the torpedo tank added with scrap,the hot metal slag before desulfurization of abnormal heats was observed and sampled.The results showed that the hot metal slag was oil slag,which chemical composition was completely different from blast furnace slag,such as basicity was not more than 0.3 and w(CaO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))<0.85,so the oil slag belongs to the acidic slag with certain oxidation.With obviously decreasing of basicity of hot metal slag,the activity of SiO_(2)gradually increased and the saturated solubility of desulphurization productions decreased,which promoted the Mg-Si reaction and restrains desulphurization reaction,thus caused the final sulfur content increasing substantially and the utilization rate of magnesium decreasing significantly.The addition of scrap to torpedo changed the composition of hot metal slag and was the root cause of frequent formation of oil slag.Through reducing the mass fraction of Fe_(2)O_(3) into the torpedo and adopting the process of double slag skimming for heat of oil slag,the incidence of oil slag was decreased from 40%to 15.6%,and the utilization rate of magnesium for the oil slag was recovered to 43.8%.
