摘 要:为了提高载药膜的机械性能,扩大应用领域,优化载药膜的最佳基质处方,采用正交实验设计,以处方中的羟丙甲基纤维素-普鲁兰多糖的固含量比、药物与膜材的固含量比、羧甲基纤维素钠和甘油为4个考察因素,以外观、载药量、抗拉强度和断裂拉伸率为评价指标,筛选出主要成分的最优配比,即为HPMC:Pullulan:甘油:CMC-Na=3.75:1.25:0.25:0.15。并且对搅拌时间、涂膜厚度、铺膜速度、干燥温度和时间等工艺参数进行研究,确定了工艺稳定,性能可靠的新型载药膜的制备工艺。To choose the optimum matrix formulation of the drug-loaded film,an orthogonal test was designed with the appearance,drug loading capacity,tensile strength and tensile rate as the evaluation index,and the amount of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,pullulan,drugs,the solid content of carboxymethylcellulose sodium and glycerol were chosen as investigated factors.The results showed that the optimum matrix formulation of film was hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,pullulan,glycerin,carboxymethyl cellulose sodium,and the ratio was 3.75:1.25:0.25:0.15.The process parameters such as stirring time,film thickness,film spreading speed,drying temperature and time were also studied,and the preparation process of new drug-carrying film with stable process and reliable performance was identified.
