摘 要:生态学习观是指从整体性、适应性和多元性的角度来审视学习,且以学生为中心提出的学习理论。本文在分析自主学习型中医药人才培养教学现状的基础上,以《中药化学》课程为例,把生态学习观引入到整个教学环节中,提出了“以教导学式、自我指导式、高阶挑战式”三形式,“教、学、悟、用、展”五层次的交互单元,试阐明生态学习观在构建自主学习型中医药人才中的作用,以此为培养中医药高素质人才提供新的教育思路。Ecological learning concept is a student-centered learning theory that examines learning from the perspective of wholeness,adaptability and diversity.Based on the analysis of teaching actuality of self-learning talents of traditional Chinese medicine,taking the course of Chinese Medicine Chemistry as an example,ecological learning concept was applied in the whole teaching process,three forms including“teaching-learning,self-directed learning,advanced challenge learning”and five levels containing as“teaching,learning,comprehension,application,expansion”which interacted with each other were put forward,trying to clarify the role of ecological learning in constructing self-learning talents of Chinese medicine,in order to provide a new educational idea for the training of high-quality talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
