摘　　要：目的:探讨硝普钠与乌拉地尔对少量基底节区脑出血患者的降压效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月收治的58例基底节区脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为乌拉地尔组和硝普钠组,每组各29例;乌拉地尔组患者使用乌拉地尔注射液降压治疗,硝普钠组患者使用硝普钠注射液降压治疗;比较两组患者应用降压药物后不同时间收缩压、心率变化及治疗1周、2周、3周后血肿量变化。结果:治疗期间收缩压和心率在用药10 min、20 min、30 min、60 min、120 min硝普钠比乌拉地尔达到更快的降压效果及对心率波动影响更小;硝普钠组治疗1周、2周、3周后比乌拉地尔组的脑内血肿吸收更快。结论:相较于乌拉地尔注射液,硝普钠对少量基底节区脑出血降压效果较好。Objective:To explore the effect of sodium nitroprusside and urapidil injection on lowering blood pressure in a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia area,and to provide clinical evidence.Methods:58 patients with basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the urapidil group were given urapidil injection for antihypertensive treatment,and the sodium nitroprusside group was given Sodium nitroprusside injection antihypertensive treatment.The changes of systolic blood pressure and heart rate at different time after the application of antihypertensive drugs and the changes of hematoma volume after 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:During the treatment,the systolic blood pressure and heart rate were treated at 10 min,20 min,30 min,60 min,and 120 min.Sodium nitroprusside achieved a faster blood pressure lowering effect than urapidil and had a smaller effect on heart rate fluctuations.After 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,the absorption of intracerebral hematoma in the nitroprusside group was faster than that in the uratil group.Conclusion:Sodium nitroprusside is more effective in lowering blood pressure than urapidil in a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia.
