脑胶质瘤术后患者使用贝伐珠单抗联合调强放疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究在脑胶质瘤治疗中使用贝伐珠单抗联合调强放射治疗方法的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月期间30例进行脑胶质瘤治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各15例;对照组患者进行调强放射治疗,观察组患者进行贝伐珠单抗联合调强放射治疗;观察两组患者血清中肿瘤标志物含量、并发症发生概率及临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者血清中肿瘤标志物含量低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑胶质瘤治疗中使用贝伐珠单抗联合调强放射治疗的方法,有助于降低患者血清中肿瘤标志物含量及并发症发生率,临床治疗效果明显。Objective:To explore the application effect of bevacizumab combined with intensemodulated radiation therapy in the treatment of glioma.Methods:Thirty patients receiving glioma treatment in hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly assigned,with 15 patients in each group.Intensity modulated radiation therapy was used in the control group and bevacizumab combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy was used in the observation group.The content of tumor markers in serum,the incidence of complications and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The content of tumor markers in serum of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the clinical treatment effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of bevacizumab combined with intensemodulated radiation therapy in the treatment of glioma is helpful to reduce the content of tumor markers in patients'serum and the incidence of complications,and the clinical treatment of the disease has a significant effect.
