摘 要:为了量化南方电网“西电东送”系统采用特高压直流输电技术后产生的碳减排量,针对现有模型不适用于特高压线路的情况,提出网损减少系数法,利用基准线模拟比较法,开发出一个专门针对特高压输电线路的温室气体减排量化模型。通过所提方法,将项目减排量确定为:采用特高压输电系统运行后实际监测到的输电损耗乘以网损减少系数。该模型能够对特高压输电通道在输配电过程中减少的碳排放进行量化,符合碳减排量化的保守原则,并可以将减排量转化为碳资产。In order to quantify carbon emission reduction after using the UHV DC power transmission technology in the West-to-East power transmission system in the southern power grid,this paper proposes a coefficient method for reducing network losses to solve the problem that the existing model is not applicable to the UHV transmission lines.By means of base line simulation comparison,it develops a quantification model of greenhouse gas emission reduction specially for the UHV transmission lines.Through the proposed method,the emission reduction of the project is determined by using the actual monitored transmission losses multiplied by the network loss factors after the operation of the UHV transmission system.The paper proves that this model can quantify carbon emission reductions in the process of power transmission and distribution of the UHV channels,which is in conformity with the conservative principle of carbon emission reduction quantification and transform the emission reductions into carbon assets.
