摘 要:从厦门市某印染厂活性污泥中筛选分离出一株高效脱色偶氮染料的菌株YL16,对YL16进行16S rDNA测序分析,鉴定为肺炎克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)。在此基础上进一步探究菌株YL16在不同初始pH值、碳氮源条件下对不同浓度、结构的偶氮染料脱色性能的影响。结果表明,最佳条件为pH=7、葡萄糖为碳源、谷氨酸为氮源,培养42 h后,其脱色率为100%;菌株YL16具有较强的耐受性,对高质量浓度(1 g·L^(-1))的偶氮染料54 h脱色率达100%;菌株YL6具备脱色广谱性,对刚果红、甲基红、丽春红S、甲基橙等不同结构的偶氮染料表现出良好的脱色性能,分别于42、46、42、43 h实现完全脱色。说明菌株YL16在处理高浓度混合偶氮染料废水的应用中具有一定的优势。A highly efficient decolorizing azo dye strain YL16 was isolated from the activated sludge of a printing and dyeing factory in Xiamen City.The strain YL16 was identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae by 16S rDNA sequencing analysis.On this basis,the effect of strain YL16 on decolorization performance of azo dyes with different concentration and structure under different initial pH values and carbon and nitrogen sources was further investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:pH=7,glucose as carbon source,glutamic acid as nitrogen source,and the decolorization rate was 100% after 42 h culture.Strain YL16 had strong tolerance to high concentration(1 g·L^(-1))azo dye,and its decolorization rate reached 100%at 54 h.It had a broad spectrum of decolorization,and showed good decolorization performance to the azo dyes with different structures,such as Congo red,methyl red,Lichun red S,methyl orange,and so on.The complete decolorization was achieved at 42,46,42 and 43 h,respectively.It indicates that strain YL16 has certain advantages in the treatment of high concentration mixed azo dye wastewater.
